Three Column Script term 3 production

This must include all shots in the production. Shots must be listed in the order they will be shot (not the order they will appear in the film).
Length of Shot: Duration	Shot Description and Visual information: Shot type, camera movement, position, angle.  Location	Additional Shot Notes:  lighting notes, action etc. Voice-Over, Dialogue, Sound FX etc. Additional notes as shots are gathered.
7s	Birds eye view of an office, with a desk in the corner.	dark lighting the only light switched on is the one on the desk.
20s	Leaving the house quickly (pick up keys on coffee table) slamming the door behind him.	Sound effect will be added along with the sounds that are in the scene.
10s	The camera moves down to reveal a hand picking up a hard drive. (black hard drive)	Lamp light on desk will be switched on with sound affect in the background.
30s	A black van appears an anonymous man gets out of the car and meets up with Charles. (they shake hands)	This will be outdoor filmed and the sounds will be used from the scene.
6s	Charles sitting at his office desk, with his hand close to his ear twirling his fingers.	only lamp light will be on, sound affects in the background will be played.
10s	Anonymous man returns back to his van and drives away. (black van) out in a street behind a factory.	Dark lighting with sound affects in the background.
20s	Charles standing at his desk picking up the phone and bringing it closely to his ear. (camera shot from the side) at his office.	Sound affects in the background. Lamp light turned on.
30s	A truck is parked in an alley street and Charles and three other men are unloading the boxes from the truck. (black boxes) filmed from a window up in one of the buildings in the alley.	The sounds used will be the ones from the scene. During day time.
25s	Boxes being loaded in the back store room of the shop. (corner shop; Charles bakery)	Sound affects will be playing in the background.
10s	Charles and a man are sitting at a table in a dark room with only the light on the table turned uniform above them. Man passes envelope to Charles. Two other men will be standing behind the man handing over the envelope. (camera from birds eye view)	Sound affects will be playing in the background. With scene sounds.
7s	Max and Angus entering the shop, open door and walk in.	No sound affects will be added in this shot there will be just the scene sounds.
20s	A man will be leaning against a tree during day time located in a park. The man is meeting up with Max and Angus. He hands them over a gun.	Sound affects will be playing in the background.
20s	The gun is placed in the bed side draw in the bedroom. at Max’s house.	Sound affects will be playing in the background.
12s	Charles counting money in his shop at the bench. Near cash register.	Slow soundtrack will be playing the background.
12s	Charles walking in a an empty factory, leaving the black parcels on the table near the exit door.	Sound affect will be in the shot.
9s	Black van appears, it drives away as soon Charles is leaving the factory.	Scene sounds are played.
10s	A car drives into the scene and parks outside the shop located on the corner.	Soundtrack affects will be playing in this scene.
10s	Charles gets shot instantly by his brother, his sitting on his chair. lights turned off with only lamp light turned on.	Scene sounds affects are played in this scene.
8s	Charles walks into his office opening the door furiously, the hard drive is missing when he looks over at his desk.	Sound affects will be playing in the background.
10s	2 shadows appear in Charles office when his in there. The lights are turned off.	Sound affects will be playing in the background.
